Smart device, following the step of personal computer, has been the hot technology product which is able to change the human daily habits. The smart device not only provides the basic call function, but also includes various Apps developed by developer using software development tools, which offer all kinds of applications and services in food, clothes, accommodations, transportation, education and entertainment. This research designs and develops a set of Android calendar App, providing establishment of project data such as scheduled or to do things. By using the open source optical character recognition library, Tesseract OCR, it can aid in text entry to avoid hand fatigue, reduce the probability of wrong input, and save time for data establishment effectively. Tesseract OCR function is to identify image content, converting it into text word. Moreover, based on regular expression method, the application designed in this paper is able to convert the text content into the specified format or can directly capture key image and stores and displays in the establishment of the data. Apart from this, Calendar App using Google cloud services API, will synchronize with Google Calendar data, and users can link to a Google Calendar management with the browser in the PC.
