It aims to provide authorities concerned with a reference in developing pre-job and on-the-job training courses. To achieve the aim, this paper first used document analysis and participant study to draw a core competence draft. Next, it revised the draft based on in-depth interviews with experts, and then designed two rounds of questionnaires using Modedied Dephi Method. Finally, it conducted two expert surveys aided by the Kolmogrov-Simirnov Test and Analytic Hierarchy Process, analyzed the survey findings to construct a core competence system as well as its primary factors and secondary elements. This study arrived at the following conclusions: 1. The core competence system of elderly nursing institutions is divided into six primary factors, 18 secondary elements, and 49 core competence items. 2. The primary factors as ranked by their weighting values are daily life care at 0.317 points; body safety care at 0.310 points; integrated capability at 0.159 points; emergency and accident management at 0.093 points; vocational ethics at 0.069 points; and management and registration at 0.052 points. 聶華明 劉宏裕 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW |
