In the pathology laboratory it can examine chromosomes and variety of purposes, including an assessment on genetic cell radiation after analysis of cell cytopathic effects on humans. This study concentrated in the chromosome breakage analysis because chromosomes characteristic shape, in normal circumstances which is more easily identifiable, but after exposuring to radiation the chromosome may vary and feature abnormalities, fast and accurate analysis of chromosomal aberrations provide physicians with treatment basis that is the main purpose of study. Use image processing for chromosome analysis (i) image segmentation (ii) object extraction (iii) chromosome arrangement, automatic analysis of three techniques to complete.
