| Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 精密機電工程研究所 === 101 === This research developed two sets of measurement systems by using accelerometers (ADXL330) with amplification and filter circuits, which contain an angular acceleration measurement system and an impact acceleration measurement system. The angular acceleration measurement system consist of two accelerometers, electronic circuits and a microcontroller PIC16F877, which can be used for measuring angular acceleration of moving stages. On the other hand, the impact acceleration measurement system consist of ADXL330 (±3g) accelerometers, electronic circuits and microcontroller PIC16F913, which can be used for measuring the impact acceleration of punch machines.
