碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 健康照護研究所 === 101 === This study primarily examined into the change for " group of social support " the before and after design with the tendency to depression with elders quality of life and the society support . There composed of 24 samples wich gatered from the Liang An elder care and rehabilitation center in Kaohsiung City. They are 12 experimenal groups and 12 control groups. The research methods are used quasi-experimental designs and hold 8 weeks of social support group as the intervention program. It use quantitative research and qualiative interviews to assessment of the tendency to depression with elders.The datd were analyzed by descriptive analysis,One Way ANOVA and interviews wich was collected agencies observation of the ealders and group assessment.In order to umderstand the change of two groups before and after of the program. The results：1.The intervention from "social-supported group" not only can promote the quality of life in the institution , but also can improve the quality of life by controling the emotion for the elder in experimental groups. 2. The intervention from "social-supported group" not only can promote the social surpport, but also the elder in the group can get the support from others, meanwhile, improve interactively from family and primary caregivers, get more social supports.
