In addition, the interrelations between ‘emotional management’ and ‘interpersonal relationship’ were conducted as the moderator variables in this research. To achieve the goal of this investigation, a questionnaire survey was utilized as the method, and the student participants from junior high schools in Pingtung area were recruited. With the application of stratified proportion random sampling, 340 valid samples were received. Based on the results of the collected questionnaires, the data was analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANONA, and Pearson’s product- moment correlation. According to the findings of this study, the conclusions of this investigation are as following: 1. In terms of the family structure, junior high school students who live with native and both parents only possessed fifty percent. In addition to foreign spouse families and grandparent families, other types of family structure also possessed certain proportion respectively. 2. The differences of junior high school students’ emotional management were significantly related to different ages, family income and the types of family structure. 3. Remarkable diverseness of junior high school students’ interpersonal relationship was shown in different aspects of ages and the types of family structure. 4. There was positive correlation between junior high school students’ emotional management and their interpersonal relationship. According to the conclusions, some suggestions were provided as references for the related education institutions, teachers who pursued advanced education and the researchers who were interested in the related agendas to exchange opinions.
