The researcher proceeds qualitative research with his associate via observations, in-depth interview, data collection, and insure the reliability and validity of the research via the method of Triangulation. The research data, after analysis and categorization, are compiled into textual material. The researcher wishes to use the information to study the meaning within and form his own theory. In addition to helping the researcher to achieve a better self-understanding as well as deeper introspection, this thesis also aims to serve as a reference and an advice for school principals who are determined to develop special school features and explore leadership improvement.
