Using systems dynamic research method for dealing with high-order, multi-stage, and non-linear problems, this study presents an overview of the production and sales of the entire tea industry in Taiwan. It discussed the dynamic and complex multiple cause and effect issues of the tea industry in order to establish key production and sales dimensions, and describes the system structure and interactive behaviors. This study conducted simulation analysis using the reciprocal causation model of the system dynamics model variables to provide a reference for improving tea industry production and sales systems, adjusting business strategy, establishing competitive advantages, and responding to future developments. This study provided an in-depth understanding of the current situation and problems of the tea industry in Taiwan, as seen from the macroscopic point of view, and discussed the system structure of production and marketing by the tea industry in Taiwan. It further explored the inherent dynamic complex causal relations, and explained the system structure changing process. Business strategies were proposed to address the plight of production and marketing of the tea industry.
