Ma Ying-jeou of Taiwan government to solve economic difficulties, and actively negotiate with the Chinese mainland, so that cross-strait trade, investment and other economic activities of relevance has greatly increased, while also making Taiwan is facing an increasing number of economic fluctuations and economic risks. In this study, the use of literature analysis and comparative analysis for data collection and analysis to 2008-2012 Ma established the first continental governing economic and trade policies as research, mainly from trade, investment, finance, transportation and labor and other side perspective, analysis of the current economic security issues, and finally based on the research findings, hoping to provide relevant decisions and recommendations as a substantive units.
