The time of questionnaire distributed was from Jan 15th to Feb 30th, 2013. The research population included Gambian community, Dasyueshan community, Taomi village, Saviki community, Ghi-Gu community, A total of 360 surveys were distributed, and 354 of them were returned. The collected data used SPSS 19.0 for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and AMOS 21.0 to conduct confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and research testing the relationship between constructs(SEM). The results indicate that (1) sustainable tourism development attitude has a positive and significant effect on the environmental responsible behavior; (2) community attachment has a positive and significant effect on the environmental responsible behavior; (3) sustainable tourism development attitude has a positive and significant effect on the community attachment; (4) community attachment exerts a full mediator effect on the relationship between sustainable tourism development attitude and environmental responsible behavior. Some managerial implications for the administrative authority and suggestions for further research are also proposed according to results of this study.
