Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to explore relationships among tourists'' motivation, experience and benefit of the Matsu Beigan residents’s pilgrim -mage activities. Questionnaire method was adopted in this study for data collection .The questionnaire survey was conducted with random sampling method .Questionnaires are distributed 200 copies to investigate on Feb 22 to 28, 2013. Study tools include “tourists’ tourism motivation, tourism ex- perience, and tourism benefit” scale forms . Descriptive statistics , T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s produce-moment correlation and Scheff ’s me -thod were computed for data analysis .The conclusion of the research is ab -stracted as follows:For the tourists’ tourism motivation, tourism experi -ence and tourism benefit which rea- ched to the significant difference in- cludeing different sex, age, marital status, and education degree. The main objective of their tourism motivation is to “ social interpersonal demand”; the highest level of tourism experience fell on “the experience of the social interpersonal”;tourism benefits gained by major as "the bene fits of the social interpersonal”.The tourism motivation,experience and benefit of tou -rists were positively-related significantly.
