Semi-structured Interviews of qualitative research method is adopted in this study. Two study participators from military, the promoter undertaker and the recruiter, are involved. From the interviews with the two study objects, the integrated induction was set according to the interview with the two study objects , to compare the concepts of Battle Camp designers with the experience and feeling of the participators, and to find if there is some consistence between them. The interview survey outcomes are also used to discuss how to transform and manage the curriculum in the future. The findings and results derived from the analysis and induction discussion of the research are summarized as the following: 1. There is not too much difference between the design concepts and practical participation in the All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp. 2. About the participants’ cognizance of All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp, there is not too much different change before and after the activities. 3. The participators hold the positive satisfactory toward All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp. 4. The marketing channels and the propaganda timing of All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp need to be reinforced. 5. All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp has been developing with aim to normalization and advances. 6. There are some practical difficulties between the generalization and militarization of All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions proposed as follows: 1. Students can realize this activity through the various marketing channels and the propaganda. 2. The diversification and characteristics of Military Summer Battle Camp courses can enhance students’ desire to participate in. 3. To increase the attraction of joining in military service, the realistic benefits and salary should be raised. 4. Military Summer Battle Camp can be viewed as an effective bridge between the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Education. 5. All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp has been normalized and advanced toward expanding diversification of military courses. 6. There are some practical difficulties between the generalization and militarily management of All-out Defense Military Summer Battle Camp. According to all the above conclusions, the study provides some directions for future research that can be taken as the reference: 1. To trace the correlation between the Military Summer Battle Camp participants and those who enlist themselves in military service. 2. To investigate the satisfactory of each Military Summer Battle Camp course with both qualitative and quantitative research. 3. To investigate the beneficial and effective results of the Military Summer Battle Camp funds. 4. The further research can be conducted in depth by comparing the data between sampling investigation and qualitative research.
