With scenario-based game concept, the designed game was applied to indigenous students’ learning unit of gear. In addition, this study designed the game according to indigenous legends in order to enhance students’ memory and learning interest. Image processing of AR includes RGB conversion to YUV, display of virtual images, mirror image, construction of background model, judgment of characters’ positions and virtual background. Most of the AR games designed using image processing technology are based on marker AR, which simply presents 2D images by virtual images. It is not intuitive and entertaining. Thus, students are not attracted to those games. This study attempts to improve the problems of marker AR games by using image processing technology of markerless AR. Finally, a questionnaire survey and test are conducted to investigate the learning trends of over 40 indigenous elementary school students regarding their knowledge on gear. The results prove that AR game designed by this study is entertaining, and can enhance students’ learning motive and concept of gear. Jen-Yang Chen 陳珍源 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 72 zh-TW |
