This study compared entrepreneurial philanthropic foundations and traditional donors and volunteers involved in the Foundation''s performance, with heart disease Tong Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Foundation as the main object of study to explore people''s behavior preferences. This study used questionnaires to the general public point of view to designing the questionnaire. To explore the comparative foundation management, marketing activities on donations and volunteers involved in the relationship between willingness to structural equation modeling (Structural equation modeling, SEM) as the data analysis, the use of Stata12.0 software for data analysis in order to measure the latent variables and can be observed relationships between variables. The empirical findings of this study analyzed the following conclusions: (1)Type of organization on the attitude of the public has little effect on donations, marketing campaigns for donations, volunteers participate in more significant impact.
