The study population were 2012 school year public elementary school higher grade students in Taoyuan county, applied stratified random sampling with 836 questionnaires, returned 834, and effect samples were 739. Then, analyses were descriptives, t-test, 1-Way MANOVA, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The main results were summarized as follows: 1.The current status of personality traits of public elementary school higher grade students in Taoyuan county was medium level. 2.The current status of cyberbullying of public elementary school higher grade students in Taoyuan county was lower level. 3.There were significant differences of personality traits with some students’ backgrounds. 4.There was significant difference on personality about cyberbullying. 5.The personality traits of public elementary school higher grade students in Taoyuan county had lower positive influence on cyberbullying. 6.The model about relationship between personality traits and cyberbullying was not exist.
