Loving to be a teaching job is the original intention of many teachers, but those teachers face social changes, educational system changes, the expectations of parents, teachers’ physical loss, etc. As a member of educational platform, how are we going to face those changes and to be competent in this changing environment? This is the motivation of this study. This methodology of this study is qualitative research through interviews with three-teacher cases. Teachers’ job stress is in-depth and solid exploration. This study reveals something unknown stories of their job stress behind numeric data. It consists of more comprehensive understanding their actual job stress, coping strategies and stress to their impacts. Furthermore, the results of this study can provide teachers as a reference of coping pressure in the future. The results of this study are: 1. 2 teachers feel the high degree of pressure; another one feels high degree of pressure. 2. Those teachers job stress are affected by personality and their main sources of stress are from role stress. 3. Job stress for those teachers does have a physical, psychological and behavior impacts. 4. Under the job stress, those teachers will adjust their emotions first, and then think about how to face the problem. The strategies they adopted include emotion focus-coping and problem-focus.
