After all, human enterprises of the country, even if the organization members do not support the managers, how to allow enterprises to normal operation. This study is to investigate the management of the successor to the members of the organization to adjust the relationship between the will and the administrator renew type three, the empirical analysis through multiple regression and hierarchical regression, and obtained the following conclusions: 1.When the general manager when the change of priority management leadership, interpersonal communication, and business execution to three candidates as a manager. 2.The selection of the internal promotion of managers, interpersonal communication skills as the key indicators of the evaluation, and management leadership and business execution capabilities, selected as priority considerations. 3.The selection of the external appointment of managers, business executive ability as the key indicators of the evaluation, and selected as priority considerations.
