Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of knowledge management capability on organizational culture strength and in turn influence organization performance.Knowledge management capability is generally thought to be the important factors that affect product innovation and business performance. Moreover, organizational culture strength is an indispensable factor that could encourage organization member to work corporately. Previous literature also points out that organizational culture strength has effect on organization performance. Therefore, to investigate knowledge management issue and its impact on organizational culture strength and performance is an important issue for Taiwanese business. This research collected data by using questionnaire. 234 samples were collected, mostly are from supply chain employee of ASUS. This research use LISREL method and multivariate analysis to test hypothesis. The empirical results found that: (1) technical knowledge capability has significantly positive impact on the strength of organizational culture. (2) The structure of knowledge capability has a positive effect on organizational culture strength, but it is not significant. (3) Cultural knowledge capability has significantly positive impact on the strength of organizational culture. (4) The strength of organizational culture has a significantly positive influence on organization performance. As a result, the supply chain member should focus on technology and cultural knowledge capability and therefore can further increase organization performance.
