The face of this vast Chinese market, there must be quite a lot of manpower to support, how to provide a complete training program, for the enterprise itself, is an important factor. The Twelfth Five-Year Plan in China one of the main objectives is to hope that by 2015 the proportion of the total output value of China''s service sector improved from 43% to 47%, indicating that Chinese mainland for the third service industry gradually attention. Taiwan Chain Services to develop a more mature and can enhance the Chinese mainland chain services industry business model. This study focuses on chain style KTV manager offered to function-based training courses, using ISO10015 training framework for curriculum design, according to the training cycle: defining training needs, training design and planning, training providers and training outcome evaluation. This research manager interviews, literature review, analysis and other methods to identify the manager working six management capabilities, as follows: self-management skills, shop management, district management, team leadership, subordinates nurturing capabilities and customer service capabilities. KTV manager for a period of three days, a total of 26 hours of training courses. The results are as follows: shop management capabilities of the statement of operations, district management, customer service and other three programs that have reached the trainees learning effect.
