This study considers how the three kinds of justice (distributive, procedural, and interactional) affect interdepartmental relationship effectiveness between the sales and production departments, as well as the moderation effect of environmental uncertainty. Survey questionnaires were sent out to the sales and production departments of the members of Taiwan’s electrical and electronics industries. The data were analyzed using multi-group structural equation models. The results show that all three types of justice have significant impacts on interdepartmental relationship effectiveness between the sales and manufacturing departments, and the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty was significant, some interesting managerial insights.
