This research also analyzed the differences between different backgrounds of these elementary school teachers’ conditions toward in-service training through World Wide Web. A questionnaire survey was administered in this study. The objects of survey elementary teachers in Tainan City through the stratified sampling, and sent out 370 questionnaires to the teachers, and 245 samples were effective. The research results and finding is from the analysis of descriptive statistics, t-test one-way ANOVA. The research had obtained the following conclusions: The teacher receives a training of the cognitive respect in the network, thinks the web-based learning in the platform, and should offer abundant and sufficient education resources. Receive a training of satisfactory respect in network, use web-based learning receives a training of way; can solve the intersection of journey and too far problem to study field. Receive training in the network and hinder the respect, hope the network receives training in the platform and can be combined. Different gender, the intersection of school and scale, use the intersection of teacher and network study average hours of platform, up to, show the difference in whole every week. Different to age, education, age and service seniority, post, surf the Net every week the average hours have not been showing the difference in the whole. Finally, propose some suggestions according to the above-mentioned results of study, for relevant units, teachers and subsequent researchers' reference.
