background variances among occupational burnout, leisure coping strategies and leisure
benefits of eyewear retail sellers.
Research targets of this study are eyewear retail sellers in southern Taiwan. By using
the questionnaire-survey method to collect the related information, Discuss the differences
and relationship about job tiredness, leisure strategies and leisure benefits of retailers of
eyewear shop in southern Taiwan.
Conclusions: Results indicate significant variances of different background variances
measures on occupational burnout; There are significant variances of different background
variances measures on leisure coping strategies; There are significant variances of different
background variances measures on leisure benefits; The occupational burnout significant
influences leisure coping strategies of retail sellers; The occupational burnout significant
influences leisure benefits of retail sellers; The leisure coping strategies significant
influences leisure benefits of retail sellers; Once occupational burnout occurs, the leisure
benefits of retail sellers in southern Taiwan is lower. The leisure benefit could be improved
by using leisure coping strategies. Suggestions based on the research findings are made for
the reference to eyeglasses industry or any other related organizations to promote leisure
activities, and to release occupational burnout.
