Today, The IT Education is E-generation students in learning the basis of the information technology. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the elementary IT education. The application of free software in the process of information management, the problems faced and resolved. The course of the study is an action research. Most real situations to explore the Elementary School of IT Teaching Management by the plan, action, observation, reflection course. Solve the IT Teaching , Learning , and management problems. It can also provide specific recommendations for teaching managers and enhance the information professional knowledge by cooperative learning. Modify teaching methods to enhance the information teaching quality, improve the effectiveness of student learning basic demands for reference.
