Assuming that the employees of an organization are individuals with own mental maps and perceptions, own goals and own personalities and as such they cannot be perceived as a whole, HRM holds that the organization should be able to employ both Career development and planning in order to commit employees to the achievement of organizational goals.
In this study, employees of financial institutions for the study, collected questionnaires from the tendency to explore the promotion and the relationship between the promotion of employees for the enterprise system and the main factors affecting turnover intention, and the samples are obtained by using data factor analysis of statistical methods, the questions of the questionnaire related variables extracted facet structure factors. In addition, regression analysis statistics showed, promotion and turnover intention was statistically significant effect (p <0.01), in other words, that affect the promotion and turnover intention, because the regression coefficient is negative, can be interpreted as promotion situation more clear when the pipeline, will be relatively lower turnover intention, negative relationship between promotion and turnover intention.
