Recently, Taijiquan has been generally welcomed internationally. Learning Taijiquan , most people only focus in the frame of action imitation but neglect the fact that the action frame has a far-reaching connotation. A lot of articles about Taijiquan argue claim its exercises can lower myocardial oxygen demand, and even that Taijiquan helps elementary school children improve overall physical condition. While literature on cardiovascular disease indicates that shadowboxing can improve balance and boost the immune system(It should be persuasive to have a good preventive effect on the recent mass panic caused by H7N9 avian flu also), no particular moves seem to correspond to the study of the physical and mental condition. The subjects of this study have practiced Taijiquan for over thirty years. Based on in-depth interviews with experts, this study will evaluate the impact of each move on various body parts (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney). Explore the case of Taijiquan exercise training which improve the health status. When learning Taijiquan, beginners can understand the function of each move and appreciate how helpful Taijiquan is. Also, they can understand the ideal of health management. Taijiquan is a fusion of ancient Chinese yin and yang theory. It combines Taoist philosophy and health concerns, as well as traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory, to compose an excellent cultural and sports project. Today, Taijiquan is a popular exercise. It provides prevention, rehabilitation and health care function. It has been prevalent for centuries. Although there are many different factions, the most fundamental principles and methods are still the same. And this study proves the consistence. "Extensive your chest and pull back" in a relaxed state, the five internal organs function to enhance a great help, can completely improve the health of our body. Modern stress, Taijiquan pursuit "loose" to help relieve the pressure. Taijiquan is our country's traditional culture, upright, bright qualities will bring a new enterprise weather.If companies can promote Taijiquan, not only easy to implement, and its staff to enhance the body, mind health, but also enhance the competitiveness of an enterprise big opportunity.We often say that "health is wealth", and not the health of employees is the company's greatest asset.
