The research of sffect the recycling intention of military personnel and related factors

碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒資源暨綠色產業研究所 === 101 === In the past decades, is committed to expanding economic and trade, however, rapid economic growth, relative also bring environmental pollution threat to our life. The factories emissions, wastewater, waste production, not only pollute our living environment, also cause harm to our body and the natural world. There are many correlative researches about resource recycling and recycling of the effectiveness of the implementation in recent years has focused on the point of the general public of research, uncommon for to explore military personnel characteristics, such as resource recovery task connotation do in-depth understanding and investigation, also can be said the actual military personnel related research is lack. In this study, military personnel as the object of investigation, a total of 1350 questionnaires were issued; the valid samples are 1278 of total, mainly by the theory of planned behavior intention of resources recycling of military personnel. The study found that the status of the four dimensions of the national army personnel resources recycling attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention survey shows positive, while military personnel have performed resource recycling, to participate in environmental protection activities, with the garbage classification policy, environmental protection program viewing experience, the resource recycling behavior intention are significantly higher than no experience. In the military personnel of different sex, male recycling behavior intention was significantly higher than female; and the Air Force Academy resource recycling behavior intention was significantly higher than the Air Force Institute of Technology. Overall, the theory of planned behavior attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control predictive resource recycling behavior intention has good explanatory ability, can be explained by variables of resource recycling behavior intention 24.3% variance.
