Summary: | 碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士在職專班 === 101 === This thesis, “A Research on the Relationship Between Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management, Service Innovation, and Sales Performance --The Case of Housing Sales Agency”, adopts questionnaire interview, which was conducted with convenience sampling. One hundred fifty(150) questionnaires were distributed, and one hundred thirty six(136) valid copies were collected. This survey mainly adopted SPSS statistical program to process analytical methods and techniques, such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, T-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and more.
The above analyses will help understand the the Relationship Between Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management, Service Innovation, and Sales Performance.
The quantitative analysis reveals that (1) " Organizational Culture" has a positive effect on " Service Innovation "; (2)"Knowledge Management" has a positive effect on " Service Innovation "; (3)"Organizational Culture" has a positive effect on "Sales Performance"; (4) " Service Innovation " has a positive effect on "Sales Performance"; (5)"Knowledge Management" has a positive effect on "Sales Performance"
Basing on the findings, Housing Sales Agency are suggested to build Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management and Service Innovation. In this way, Sales Performance will be expected.
