碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 102 === In the ten-speed global economic competition, SEM if you want to have a competitive advantage, at least need to have a successful three elements：leadership, business model and organizational structure, any business needs to engage in a systematic way of quality management, ISO9001：2008 International standards provide a set of international verification of the quality management system to ensure understanding of customer needs and can be reached. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of domestic SEM to explore the ISO9001：2008 international standard verification affect resource management on organizational performance SEM in the country, the study found their domestic SEM do have a positive organizational performance improvement.
