| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === In the business, the Innovative management has become an important management issue for facing globe challenge. Enterprise monitoring is the most important in the management process, monitoring emphasizes immediacy. Three research purposes included (1) Exploring the mechanism of innovative management using Remote Custom Group, (2) Building an innovation management system with Remote Custom Group, as well as (3)Verifying the effectiveness of the system of Remote Custom Groups. Literature review, experts consultation, and survey are used in this study. The research focuses on the system which combined with Android Application (APP) in order to achieve better monitoring immediacy. For testing the feasibility, the checklist and Factor analysis will be used in this study. The contribution of this paper is to build a mechanism of innovative management with Remote Custom Group for enterprises for enhancing the effectiveness and quality improvement.
