If an organization has a qualified personnel team, these laborers can help the organization compete with others and develop stably in the currently competitive business environment while there has been a more increasing international integration. When businesses, especially labor export companies where the primary products are human, are aware of the importance of human resource management, they must prioritize the activities of human resource management. As a manager of TMS HR Joint Stock Company, the researcher decided to do a study on the topic: “Improving the effectiveness of Human resource development and training at TMS HR Joint Stock Company”. By applying several methods – sampling, testing, statistics and analysis based on the TMS HR’s staff, researcher showed markedly the increase of staff’s productivity after training, coaching staff in the right way. From that, the company achieved its goals in both of short-term and long-term plans.
