In the current stage, the application of IT in management is very practical to bring high work efficiency, increase quality substantially. Foreseeing the importance, the subject has been done with the main content of ICT especially in the software application in point management.
Topic studied on the basis of area, local Ninh Binh province. The new application software will bring great benefits: scientific storage, information security, fast and convenient reporting and accurate grading in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s regulation.
Through research, topic emphasized and put an experimental application into pilot operation. Topic uses a variety of methods to collect research data on the attitudes and the need of IT applications, such as: questionnaire, interview, data storage facilities, data and models in many different units across the province.
The topic partly contributes to the modernization of the country in general and ICT in education to improve the quality of learning and teaching of lecturers and students.
