| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === A dynamic capability is an important assessment for making policy decision of a corporate sustainable management and the process of growing. The purpose of this study is to discuss the dynamic capabilities theory, focus on its Q-sort which ICT (Information and Communication Technology) industry managers can employ; and build the index and connotation of ICT managers’ strategy and dynamic capacity.
This study used various research methods, including expert interview, and data analysis by means of Q method . The first stage of this study is to set up Q-sort applied to director’s dynamic capabilities for five domains and 132 dynamic capabilities declarative sentences. Secondly, this study chooses representative sentences as 44 declarative sentence (Q sample), by experts proceeded Q sort to gain dynamic capabilities priority sequences of ICT industry manager. On the second stages, base on 44 declarative sentences to develop questionnaire survey, and finally through survey recovered and after analyzing to gain element attitude to complete this study.
This study gains five domains of ICT industry manager’s dynamic capabilities indexes including market-led’s sensitivity, absorption knowledge ability, social network ability, integration communication and resources reclamation ability, and establishs firmly about ICT industry manager’s dynamic capabilities for key attitude of representative, which contain three to five representative behavior expressions. characterization sentences and having priority sequences, it the result can help business to survey ICT industry manager’s dynamic capabilities basis. The contribution of this study introduces lead-in Q-sort and gaining the priority sequence of dynamic capabilities of each declarative sentence, which can effectively offer consultancy in the business fields.
