Project achievement performance is further analyzed based on the four quadrants. With this matrix, project managers are able to clearly control the project progressing or furthermore make the revision for the faults found in the beginning stage of an on-going project. Moreover, the matrix helps project managers commend the cost and expense, consequence of which makes the managers have target adjustment or even cease the project. With the matrix evaluation model development, it is expected that enterprises may control and monitor projects effectively. Further, it is also expected that enterprises may sense the potential problems and come out the solution in time to increase project success possibility and lessen the time the meetings for the project take.
