Using LabVIEW program to develop and facilitate all engineers who can quickly modify process following the demands of the production line. The research paper will focus on the software and discuss how to construct a systematic and logical test distribution system (Dispatch). On the other hand, it will explore how to plan and design a set of test equipment to satisfy production capacity for production line with the hardware supply. This research also describes the detail of some of hindrances and solutions, which include optical software modifications, as well as hardware adjustments. In the appendix of document there are lots of tools and SOP in order to assist production line, making production line in the shortest time as possible to exchange and implement a totally different project and build a testing platform (SMED). LabVIEW: NI (National Instruments) developed a set of programming software, which the advantage of graphic code is making it easier to use, so in recent years the instrument control software becomes colleges contend to learn.
