Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 101 === This research adopts the approach of the case study to canvass management competency as personnel promotion of middle-manager in the Hi-Tech industry, and take H Company as example of the indicator because enterprises evaluate staff on personnel transfer and personnel promotion need certain system, and must consider to have fairness in many ways, how to build and construct this indicator, it certainly heavily impacts on personnel development of enterprises, so this research searches and gathers much more factors of management competency to establish a standard which is in accordance with this research and H company background in Hi-Tech industry, assesses a method of multi-criteria decision making, and then by this to set up structure and method of this research. Finally, this research utilizes the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) to simplify and transform such so complicated question into a cause-and-effect picture, and make this research receive the best answer. In this research, find the in-order of central indicators of management competency to middle-manager's personnel promotion in the Hi-Tech industry: Mood stability, Coaching and training, Cautionary, Organizational commitment, Decision making, Self-confidence, Achievement Orientation in search of excellence; by the in-order of second central indicators: Problem-solving, Interpersonal communication, Team leadership, Planning organization.
