碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 101 === In that keep change process of production department, learning curve efficiency is one of the review point, however, in the keep changing production produce, how to accomplish target that all stability of efficiency, quality, WIP (Work In Progress), and when production department can't make it, try to find the problem. We use experimental to research that maneuvering make affect learning curve factor, and use this factor to analysis, then try to find affect learning curve's problem, adjustment team's working method, use eighteen diffrient group, and try to understand research data file, the diffrient group's learning curve and comparative, and record it that use this file to find the best method.
