According to SolidWorks Simulation and CATIA to analyze the bicycle, the von Mises stress theory is used to predict the failure. 6061Al alloy and Ti alloy are adopted. In order to simulate the real situation of riding a bicycle in high temperature, different positions subjected different loads and temperature are analyzed. The discussing results are satisfactory.
