Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程研究所 === 101 === This research is to investigate the thermal mechanics behavior of the bicycle with and without ambient temperature. All parts and assembly are drawn and assembled by the computer aided software SolidWorks. According to SolidWorks Simulation and CATIA to analyze the bicycle, the von Mises stress theory is used to predict the failure. 6061Al alloy and Ti alloy are adopted. In order to simulate the real situation of riding a bicycle in high temperature, different positions subjected different loads and temperature are analyzed. The discussing results are satisfactory.
