Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 101 === ABSTRACT Due to recent recovery of the real estate boom in Kaohsiung city, new buildingsand construction works can be seen throughout the city. Along with this growth, ‘outsourcing’ became the solution to well-known construction companies in order to meet their demands. However, it has been realized that outsourcing companies have different degrees of services and qualities. Therefore, having some years of experience in the construction industry, plus the valuable lessons provided from senior colleagues, I want to take this opportunity to study ‘outsourcing’ in construction industry. I hope to establish an effective assessment and management system on using outsourcing companies, which this knowledge can also apply to further broaden my visions in the construction industry. The focus of this study is taking from corporate’s perspectives to explore the impact and influence of the corporate’s culture when outsourcing companies are used. Furthermore, to find out if the interactions between the corporate and outsourcing management would have any effects to the outsourcing’s work performances. After studying the relationships between the corporate and outsourcing companies, I will then target the corporate’s person in charge, supervisor, operating personnel, and the head of the outsourcer, to conduct last interviews and collect data to summarize the key points and theories. I hope the results of this study can provide the construction industry some useful assessment and references when evaluating outsourcing companies to be used.
