Abstract
The main purpose of the study is to investigate the students in Xiaolin Elementary School. When Typhoon Morakot hit the Xiaolin Village in 2009, the school buildings were completely destroyed and the students in Xiaolin Elementary School had to go to Jiaxian Elementary School to study there. Students from Xiaolin and Jiaxian were together in one class. This study is to investigate the interactions among the students in the two schools in three years, and to explore the relevant circumstances of the teachers' classroom management strategies and the bullying behaviors in the campus.
In this study, the training group is composed with 49 higher grade students studying in Jiaxian Elementary School and Xiaolin Elementary School. Effective response rate was 100%. Finally, the information of the survey was analyzed and presented by the average number of standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, and with the observation for two years.
According to the results of the analysis, the conclusions are as follow :
I. " The relationship bullying" between the two schools is very obvious at the beginning, but through the participation in activities, and having the same interests, the relationship among the students is getting better and better.
II. Students bullying behaviors, such as " language bullying", " relationship bullying", "physical bullying", "counter-bullying" and "sexuality bullying", male students get higher average score than females, but only in "network bullying ", girls get higher score than boys.
III. If the elementary school students accept the classroom management strategies more, the school bullying behaviors will be lesser.
Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, specific recommendations are proposed as the reference for elementary school teachers, school units and follow-up research.
