The test cycle of thermal cycling was increased from 200 to 600 cycles, and duration of damp heat test was prolonged from 1000 to 3000 hours. Then, the tested panel was experimenting with sun-light simulator to proceed the hot-spot endurance test, and the variation of panels was observed.
