Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 102 === This thesis presents the thermal cycling(TC) and damp heat(DH) test, for evaluating reliability of photo voltaic panels, Testing panels was set into the humidity chamber, which with adjustable temperature and damp, in the test process. The test cycle of thermal cycling was increased from 200 to 600 cycles, and duration of damp heat test was prolonged from 1000 to 3000 hours. Then, the tested panel was experimenting with sun-light simulator to proceed the hot-spot endurance test, and the variation of panels was observed. The experimental verification of series tests refer to the IEC61215 Standard. for validating feasibility of our test procedures.
