Over using resources will result in poor soils, lack of resources and ecological catastrophe. Today's we concern the energy crisis issues. Most of States and companies are competing to develop new and renewable energy sources. The island of Taiwan is divided into two climate zones. Northern is subtropical monsoon climate, the southern tropical monsoon climate, year-round sunshine. In Taiwan, most of factory belongs to metal house. In summer, factory in the sun exposure, the room temperature will increase and the Illumination, air convective is not good. In order to improve the factory environment, the turbo ventilators was set on the roof. So light can enter the plant through the fan blades gap. Use the turbo ventilators can adjust the factory temperature, humidity, improve air quality and enhance the plant staff’s productivity. Focus on studying in modified turbo ventilators and mount the generator to produce electricity. Research projects include turbo ventilators modification, DC-DC power converter, voltage circuit, energy storage and conversion efficiency. To protect global environmental to develop a low-cost, universal access, efficiency and stability of the green energy power plant is needed.
