Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 模具系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The study integrated Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) to evaluate the priority and opportunity identification of green manufacturing process for screw. Firstly, Integrated Definition for Functional Modeling (IDEF0) was used to analyze the processes of screw manufacturing. Then QFD was adopted to find the correlation of manufacturing processes and customer’s needs along with relative importance of manufacturing processes based on customer’s needs. One manufacturing process with high priority was further studied with systematic method so as to find some feasible solutions for ecology. The case study focused on green innovation of the smoke removal system for tempering sub-process of heat treatment process. In order to solve the problem of burning and uneasy to clean up, we use some TRIZ tools such as Function Analysis (FA), Cause-Effective Chain Analysis (CECA) and Effect Database to find possible solutions.
This study provides an opportunity identification method and shows the priory of green manufacturing process based on customer’s needs for screw. The method and results of this study may provide a problem solving reference for screw industry or related industries on green design or manufacturing.
