Therefore, the System Integration (SI) plays an important role in the firm.SI assists enterprise to implement information technology and enhances operation efficiency and competitive. It is succeeded in upgrading Industries and information development. In addition, System Integration is a technology-oriented industry which is the practitioners must continue to accumulate their knowledge and the skills. However, how the firm manages the human resource management issue, if the excellent employees are resignation or leaving preset position, it is probably not favorable to firm. It is an important issue how the firm decreases turnover ratio or increases the intention to stay. To understand the staff turnover ratio, it must find out their career choices. It means that the pairing status of personal resignation and leaving present position. This study investigates the practitioner’s career choices by Professional Commitment、Organizational Commitment and The threat of professional obsolescence. This research analysis is based on professional commitment、self – efficacy and the threat of professional obsolescence. The analysis tools are using by Statistical Software of Visual PLS 1.04b1 and SPSS19 Chinese version. The results show that 1. Turnover Intention: The influence of organizational commitment and the threat of professional obsolescence are not achieving the standard. Under the interaction, the high professional commitment and high self – efficacy are influenced. 2. Intention to leave present profession: The influence of professional commitment, organizational commitment and the threat of professional obsolescence are not achieving the standard. Under the interaction, the high Professional Commitment and high the threat of professional obsolescence are influenced.
