Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to explore the consumers' repurchase behaviors in Tablet PC from history transaction records in order to make recommendations or references of purchasing Tablet PC in the future. In this study, the data mining technologies, association rules and sequential pattern mining, were used to construct a model of repurchase behaviors by using data mining tools. The results showed that in terms of operating systems, popularity of the Tablet PC with iOS system was gradually reduced, but the Tablet PC with Android system had gradually increased in sales. With extra brand conditions in mining analysis, the correlation between Brands Ergotech and ASUS was the highest in association rules. The Tablet PC with Brand Samsung had the highest in sales. With the additional price condition in mining analysis, the correlation between Tablet PC in the middle price and the lower price was the highest in association rules. In addition, the highest repurchase percentage of Tablet PC was the Brand Samsung for association rules. Finally, with the extra condition in Tablet's size, the correlation between the middle size and the large size was the highest, but the repurchase percentage in large size was getting lower.
