It’s an unprecedented “ Space Revoluation” and make Taiwan into a new stage of “one-day peripheral circle”. It also brings a whole new traveling style in Taiwan. As more and more passengers are strongly relying THSR, to meet the needs of different passengers in order to make the journey much easier has became a very important issue. A convenient and friendly ticketing system, without any doubt shall be on the top of passengers’ service list. Therefore, how to offer a friendly ticketing operation system and to optimize customer satisfaction is a deep subject for the business owner(THSRC) to investigate. This study is to investigate the key factors for low use intension of using THSRC’s Internet QR Code Ticking Ticketing System based on the research model of Fuzzy LinPreRa. The hypotheses were formulated and methodology was outlined. Through the result of professional questionnaire survey and weighted calculation/analysis, the key factors of declining inclinations are then prioritized. The main survey for this study involved the collection of the cognitive and affective data by professional personal interview. There are total 12 valid questionnaires collecting from the professional passengers who take the HSR very often. The top 4 results show: 1. Unaware of the use of QR-Code. 2. Unawareness of this ticking booking channel. 3. Feeling Security for substantial tickets. 4. Security Concerns of Credit Card Transactions through internet. 5. Invalid Smart Phones(such as broken-down, dead battery, shut-down and lost) Through this Study results, hope it will help the Business Owner with current services and practical system improvement for more benefits & deliberations as well as the suggestions for following relevant studies.
