This study involved the Factory A belonging to the Ministry of National Defense as example. And a literature review and a opinion poll survey are employed to explore that whether the staffs in Factory A are able to well realize the 5 main parts of organizational transformation, including Recognition, Goal, Revolution, Right, and influence. In addition, the study of these 5 parts was conducted in order to understand the directions to transform and the advantage and drawback which might impact the right and the future of the staffs from the results and to provide information to policymaker.
