Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 101 === With the alteration of the world-wide trend, the development of the organization of traditional national defense encounters the revolution of being lean and systematic because the researching and producing department of the national defense is also faced with the choice of whether and how to transform. This study involved the Factory A belonging to the Ministry of National Defense as example. And a literature review and a opinion poll survey are employed to explore that whether the staffs in Factory A are able to well realize the 5 main parts of organizational transformation, including Recognition, Goal, Revolution, Right, and influence. In addition, the study of these 5 parts was conducted in order to understand the directions to transform and the advantage and drawback which might impact the right and the future of the staffs from the results and to provide information to policymaker.
