Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 文化創意產業研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility and obstacles in military, public and teaching retirees, let country's retiree human resources, lead into the Farmers' Market. The results of this study except to provide references for the government conduct military, public and teaching retirees to participate in social activities and the management of Farmers’ Market. The semi-structured interviews of narrative research method was conducted with 18 research participants who included military, public and teaching retirees each 3, the existing volunteers, farmers and decision cores of Farmers’ Market each 3. The conclusions of the study are following:
1.The mentality and services of volunteers recruited and trained by government were better than normal volunteers.
2.It was more stable that consumers in the Farmers’ Market developed progressively as volunteers.
3.In addition to psychological barriers, message obstacles, traffic barriers, time barriers, there were concept obstacles on volunteer recruited.
4.Military, public and teaching retirees as farmers had the cause of philosophy, health, leisure and service value factors, but the income considerations were less.
5.Military, public and teaching retirees became the volunteers, farmers, and consumers of Farmers’ Market were feasible, but retirees became full-time staffs or decision cores were infeasible. But it is recommended to be the honorary consultant without remuneration pay, to participate in decision making and devote self.
